Nikki M.

Nikki M. has a strong background in the financial industry, starting their career at Plus 4 Credit Union as a Marketing Intern in 2007. Nikki then joined Space City Credit Union in 2008 and held various leadership positions throughout their tenure. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations, where they provided strategic development and operational execution for 5 branches and oversaw multiple departments. In 2012, Nikki was promoted again, this time to Executive Vice President, where they led and managed all organizational departments. Finally, in 2017, they took on the role of Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer, where they provided leadership and vision to the Credit Union.

Nikki M. is a qualified business professional with an extensive education history. Nikki pursued their Master of Business Administration from Purdue University, starting in 2020 and completing it in 2022. Prior to that, Nikki attended the Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business from 2010 to 2012, where they specialized in Southwest CUNA Management School. In 2004, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Houston.

Nikki has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2014, they earned the Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) certification from CUNA -- Credit Union National Association. Additionally, they became a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) through the National Credit Union Foundation in the same year. In 2013, Nikki achieved the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS) certification from CUNA.
