Linda Rauscher is a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving at Space Coast Intelligent Solutions, Inc. since September 2021, Linda previously held the same position for over two decades at L3Harris from March 1999 to September 2021. Linda's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology (1993-1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management (1987-1991).
