Jessica Hahn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate, hospitality, and event coordination. Currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at SPACE & COMPANY since December 2021, Jessica's previous roles include serving as a Server/Sommelier at Barclay Prime and as a Server at Zahav Restaurant. Jessica also held positions such as Events and Marketing Coordinator at NOLA Motorsports Park and Content Manager at NOLA Wrap Up. With a strong foundation in marketing as demonstrated in roles at Twisted Fiction and Amanda deLeon, Jessica has complemented this with academic achievements, holding a Master's degree in US History and a Bachelor's degree in History from Tulane University, along with a high school diploma from Newark Academy.

It’s no longer an effective marketing strategy to simply list a property on MLS, run an ad in a local paper and host open houses. Current market conditions require new solutions – a substantial online presence, a focused individualized marketing plan and a knowledgeable agent, who adjusts to changing conditions throughout the entire process. It is my firm belief that re-thinking real estate is needed at this time and this change is not one I take lightly. I feel strongly that our ability to adapt and focus will translate to increased client satisfaction. I have witnessed how our focus on technology has translated into tremendous results for our agents, even in this challenging marketplace.
