Heath Lester

Heath Lester is a seasoned aerospace professional currently serving as Program Manager - Operations Integration Lead at the Space Development Agency since August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Space Systems - Payload Operations Manager at Teledyne Brown Engineering from January 2002 to September 2024, where responsibilities encompassed the management of day-to-day flight and ground operations for the MUSES and DESIS systems aboard the International Space Station, as well as oversight of project requirements, contracts, and stakeholder communications. Prior roles include GPS Systems Analyst at Overlook Systems Technologies, Inc., providing GPS accuracy prediction analysis, and Satellite Operations in the United States Air Force, managing command and control for the GPS constellation.
