Rachel English

Rachel English has extensive experience in curatorial and archival roles within the museum sector. Since June 2016, Rachel has served as Senior Curator and Director of the Space Foundation Discovery Center, previously holding the position of Curator & Registrar. Prior to this, Rachel contributed as a Consultant at the UCCS Center for Cognitive Archeology, assisting with the development of a proposed museum and its exhibition plans. Additional roles include temporary administrative assistance with the City of Colorado Springs, internships at the Cotswold Motoring Museum and Toy Collection, and multiple positions at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, where foundational skills in archives and collections management were developed. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Museology from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hendrix College.
