Mission Manager & Systems Engineering Lead at Space Machines Company

Diviya Devani CEng has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of systems engineering, quantum sensing, and space imaging.

From 2015 to 2020, Diviya worked at Teledyne e2v, where they served as a Systems Engineer. In this role, they played a key role in the development of cutting-edge quantum systems and a Cold Atom Space Payload on a CubeSat. Diviya also provided technical leadership to project managers, quantum team members, and customers. Additionally, Diviya completed a two-year engineering/technical graduate scheme at Teledyne e2v, where they gained experience in process development and test and verification procedures.

In 2020, Diviya joined e2E as a Systems Engineer, where they led and directed a ground segment integration, verification, and validation test campaign for stations located around the world. Diviya also supported the scoping of trials for the launch of commercial services and delivered a test campaign plan.

In 2022, Diviya worked as a Quantum Sensing Consultant at Q-CTRL, where they provided expertise in quantum sensing.

Currently, Diviya is employed as a Mission Manager & Systems Engineering Lead at Space Machines Company, starting in July 2022.

Diviya Devani CEng completed their education in Physics with a Master of Science (MS) degree from The University of Nottingham. Diviya attended the university from 2011 to 2014. In 2021, they also attended the International Space University for SSP 21, although the specific field of study is not provided.
