Kjell-Ove Orderud Skare

Kjell-Ove Orderud Skare is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in program management and strategic planning within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Program Director for the Arctic Satellite Broadband Mission at Space Norway since March 2015, Kjell-Ove has previously held significant roles, including Advisor at Space Norway and Project Manager at Terramar. With a military background, Kjell-Ove led projects for NATO and the Armed Forces Defence Staff, notably as Project Leader for linking the National Joint Operations HQ to NATO and Chairman of the National Reserve Forces Committee. Additional roles at Allied Command Transformation focused on NATO capabilities and education. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Strategic Resource Management from the National Defense University and various military training programs, contributing to a well-rounded expertise in defense strategy and project management.
