Joby Slay MBA serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Orlando Team Leader at SPACE | Real Estate Team since June 2025, focusing on recruiting real estate agents and facilitating their growth through the SPACE Team Infinity Program. Previously, Joby excelled as a Professional Realtor at Real, showcasing a strong sales performance and team leadership skills. Notably, Joby led the startup and launch of the Keller Williams Realty franchise, KW Reserve, and served as a Co-Founder of AdventAgent, a digital marketing platform for real estate professionals. Additional experience includes serving as Head Coach for the Varsity Boy’s High School Soccer team at The King's Academy and holding leadership roles in property management and investment at various companies. Joby holds an MBA in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
