Mijoo Kim

Mijoo Kim has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Mijoo is currently working as a Creative Director at Space Runners since December 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded Mue Studio in 2019, where they held the role of Co-Founder & Creative Director. Mue Studio specializes in 3D design, visual identity, art direction, and photography for campaigns or installations. Mijoo's previous experience includes working as a Visual Artist at Mijoo Kim Studio from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they have also worked as a Visiting Lecturer and Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2013 to 2016.

Mijoo Kim obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Photography from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, from 2008 to 2010. Mijoo then pursued a Master's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. Alongside their formal education, Mijoo Kim also holds a certification in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from the University of California, San Diego, although the specific completion month and year are not provided.
