Victory Ram

Victory Ram is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event planning, communication coaching, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Administrative Event Planner at the Space Telescope Science Institute since May 2024, Victory also operates as the Chief Executive Officer of VictoryRam.biz, focusing on empowering individuals to communicate effectively. As CEO and Lead Trainer of Be Victorious Prep, established in 2008, Victory has helped young women build confidence through pageantry. Previous roles include Special Event Coordinator for St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, On-Air Personality for the Maryland Lottery, and founder of the International Empowerment Academy. Victory holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Kent State University and has completed executive education programs at Cornell University and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
