Martin Lee currently serves as the Head of Prospective and Strategy at SpaceDreamS since July 2022. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of Ground Infrastructure Group Lead - Launch at Rocket Factory Augsburg from January 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team to develop launch site infrastructure and overseeing technical implementations. Martin also worked as a Launch Site Development Engineer, focusing on systems engineering, requirements management, and interface management for launch sites. Earlier in Martin's career, from November 2017 to November 2019, Martin was an Undergraduate Engineer in Water Resources at SMEC, contributing to the design of weir gate hoist machinery and municipal pump stations. Martin Lee completed a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne in 2019, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2016.
