Alexander Genzel is a co-founder and chief operating officer at Reflex Aerospace, a position they have held since 2021. In addition, they serve as a co-founder and startup mentor at SpaceFounders. Previously, Alexander was a military officer with the Bundeswehr from 2016 to 2021. They are currently pursuing dual master's degrees in Space Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and Aerospace Engineering at Universität der Bundeswehr München.
