Joanna Sułek

Joanna Sułek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In their current position at spaceOS as a Project Manager since 2022, they are responsible for overseeing project execution. Prior to this, Joanna was a Business Owner at Maczuje - IT design in 2021, where they managed the business operations.

From 2015 to 2021, Joanna worked at McCormick & Company, holding various positions. Joanna served as an Execution Lead / PM from March 2021 to December 2021, leading project execution. As a Certification Team Lead from March 2020 to February 2021, they managed the certification process. Earlier, they worked as a Supplier Quality Team Leader from November 2018 to February 2020 and a Specification & Certification Supervisor from May 2018 to October 2018. Prior roles include Senior Supplier Quality & Metric Analyst from July 2017 to May 2018 and Supplier Quality Analyst from December 2015 to June 2017.

In 2019, Joanna worked as a Freelance Graphic Artist at Maczuje, where they utilized their graphic design skills. Joanna also has previous experience as a Quality and R&D Specialist at Lactalis International from July 2014 to October 2015.

Joanna Sułek completed a postgraduate program in Innovation Management with a focus on Design Management at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Magister inżynier degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition from Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Lublinie, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Sustainable Food Technology and Management at ISA Lille. Joanna also holds a Magister inżynier degree from ESA, L'Ecole supérieure des agricultures, specializing in Food Technology taught in French.

In addition to their formal education, Joanna Sułek has obtained various certifications. These include Project Planning & Management for Software & IT Engineers from TetraNoodle Technologies in November 2021, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in May 2021, and Project Manager from Growing Institute in August 2020.
