Kaye Gagnon is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Lean Six Sigma consulting and aerospace engineering, currently serving as a Workforce Development Committee Member and Principal at the Building Industry Association of Washington since July 2015. With over 32 years of experience in the aerospace sector, including a notable tenure as an Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Executive at Raytheon, Gagnon applies innovative strategies to enhance organizational and individual performance. In addition to contributions at SpaceVault as a Business Development Advisor, Gagnon actively engages in environmental education as a spokesperson for the non-profit organization Voice Volunteers and Organizations Improving the Community's Environment.
