Darren Miller

Darren Miller is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various senior roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at SpaceX since August 2020, Darren previously held the position of General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Acacia Research from March 2010 to August 2020, where responsibilities included advising executive leadership on compliance and strategy for a publicly traded patent licensing firm. Prior experience includes Corporate Counsel roles at T-Mobile and Powerwave Technologies, and a decade at Discovision Associates, where Darren managed transactional work and developed company policies. Earlier legal career positions include Associate Real Estate Attorney at Snell & Wilmer and Jackson, DeMarco & Peckenpaugh. Darren holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Economics from UC Irvine.
