Frank Mont

Frank Mont is an experienced professional in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on silicon IC packaging, RF device design, and advanced semiconductor technologies. Currently serving as the Starlink Development Manager at SpaceX since November 2019, Frank leads projects involving satellite phased array antennas. Previously, Frank held various technical leadership positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from March 2013 to October 2019, where responsibilities included the development of 5G and mmWave technologies, EUV process qualification, and cross-functional team management for significant semiconductor programs. Frank's background also includes a tenure as Chief Technology Officer at Raydex Technology, Inc., and research positions at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Sandia National Laboratories, culminating in a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
