Fred Kaveh

Fred Kaveh is a highly experienced Sr. ASIC engineer at SpaceX, with a career spanning over two decades in electronic engineering. Previously, Fred served as a Principal SSD ASIC engineer at WD, where responsibilities included aligning with T10 committee specifications and developing SCSIe protocol layers. Fred's expertise in ASIC and FPGA design was honed through roles at STEC, where leadership was demonstrated in integrating SAS/Fibre Channel IP, and at Nickso Analysis and Development Company, focusing on PCI protocols. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Electronic Engineering from Science & Technology University of Iran, a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, and a certificate in Digital Signal Processing from EPFL.
