James Sweet

James Sweet serves as the Supervisor of Ground Critical Assets Team at SpaceX since September 2012, bringing over seven years of aerospace industry experience complemented by training from the United States Army. In this role, James efficiently guides diverse teams to successfully complete time-sensitive projects within highly technical environments, demonstrating strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills. Prior to this position, James worked at Zachry Group from June 2008 to August 2012 as Supervisor of Launch Pad Operations, where leadership skills and technical expertise were leveraged to manage cross-functional teams in the construction of large-scale iron structures, ensuring safety and efficiency during complex operations.
