Julia Levy is an experienced aerospace engineer with a strong background in propulsion and mission management, currently serving as Mission Manager for Starship Crew and Cargo Programs at SpaceX since August 2021. In this role, Julia leads the Starship Lunar Payload initiative, establishing program milestones and developing key documentation, including SpaceX's inaugural Statement of Work for commercial Lunar launch services. Prior experience includes roles at Millennium Space Systems as Lead Spacecraft Propulsion Engineer and at Virgin Orbit, where Julia advanced propulsion development for the LauncherOne program. Julia's career began at Virgin Galactic, contributing to propulsion engineering for various projects, and includes earlier internships at NASA JPL and SpaceX, where Julia worked on spacecraft systems and composite production.
