Mandar Kulkarni

Mandar Kulkarni is the Director of Physical Design for Silicon Engineering at SpaceX, leveraging over 20 years of experience in chip design. They have held significant roles at companies such as Marvell Technology, where they served as Senior Director of IC Engineering, and Intel Corporation, where they contributed as a Sr. Hardware Engineer. Mandar built a self-sufficient physical design team at Cavium and has led various projects across multiple process nodes, including 28nm, 14/16nm, and 5nm. They earned a BS in Electronics from the University of Mumbai and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
