Manuel Posso

Manuel Posso is a highly experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as a Senior Launch Engineer at SpaceX since May 2021. Prior to this role, Manuel worked at Boeing from August 2014 to May 2021 in various capacities, including Sensor & Avionics Engineer, Flight Operations Engineer, Thermal Engineer, and Systems Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from defining flight sensor requirements to validating satellite operations procedures and analyzing thermal performance. Earlier experience includes work at Parks College, Saint Louis University, where Manuel contributed to satellite development and led innovative workshops, as well as serving as a tutor and founding a rocketry team that engaged with major aerospace organizations. Manuel holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
