Michael Lapidus

Michael Lapidus has extensive experience in government affairs, particularly in the aerospace sector, with a notable tenure at SpaceX from January 2010 to December 2022. Serving as Director of Government Affairs and previously as Senior Manager and Manager, Michael developed legislative strategies and engaged with various stakeholders, securing funding for corporate initiatives and facilitating entry into the national security space market. Prior to SpaceX, Michael held roles at the U.S. House of Representatives and engaged in internships that involved policy research and legislative drafting. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in International Science and Technology Policy from The George Washington University.
