Michelle Kniffen

Michelle Kniffen, PE, is an Automation & Controls Engineer II at SpaceX, with prior experience as an Automation Controls Dev Engineer at Tesla and a Resort Wide Systems Engineer at Walt Disney Imagineering. Michelle's career began with roles at Accenture as a Business & Integration Architecture Analyst and as a Ride Control Systems Intern at Walt Disney Imagineering, where designs for operator consoles and control hardware schematics were created. At Auburn University, Michelle served as a Resident Assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, demonstrating leadership and teaching abilities. Additionally, Michelle gained practical experience through various internships at Walt Disney World, collaborating on architectural designs and systems engineering, and developed strong skills in integrated systems and documentation. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University.
