Stephen Carnes

Stephen Carnes is currently a Partner at Spadafy, where Stephen oversees technical management and decision making. Prior to this, Stephen served as the Chief Technology Officer at Apex Technology Management, Inc. and held the role of Executive Director and Partner at Caylym. With a background in IT administration and a focus on server/virtualization, Stephen has a strong foundation in technical operations and architectural improvements. Stephen has also completed professional courses in Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft, and Nortel, as well as earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California State University, Fresno.
