Joy Klitzke

Joy Klitzke has extensive experience in management and development, currently serving as the Development Group Manager at Spader Business Management since July 1984, where responsibilities include bringing new and existing services and products to market and co-managing the Development Group. Prior to this role, Joy gained valuable experience as a Marketing Student Assistant at IBM from 1982 to July 1984, handling various tasks related to sales support and customer database maintenance during a paid internship. Joy holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota (1990-1994) and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana University (1980-1984), complemented by a high school diploma from Sioux Falls Lincoln High School (1976-1980).
