Andre James

Andre James possesses extensive experience in digital marketing and customer experience management, currently serving as Managing Director, Customer Experience & IT Director, and Director of Customer Experience at Spaenaur since August 2022. Prior to this role, Andre held various positions including Director of Marketing at Nedco and Director of eCommerce at Carrier Enterprise, where responsibilities included developing a digital vision that resulted in over $20M in sales from 1000+ customers in one year. Additionally, Andre's background includes positions at Acklands-Grainger as eCommerce Marketing Manager, at Purolator Inc. as Manager of E-Business Marketing and Manager of New Product Development, and at UPS as Customer Technology Sales Supervisor and Product and Technology Supervisor. Andre holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing Management from Ryerson University.
