James Vaughan

James Vaughan is an experienced professional with a robust background in metadata coordination and quality assurance. Currently serving as Team Leader for Ops Services at Spafax since August 2021, James oversees a dedicated team managing metadata requirements for clients. Previously, James held various roles at Spafax, including Metadata Coordinator, and gained experience in patient access coordination at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. James's earlier career features significant positions at Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College and Red Bee Media, where management and quality assurance responsibilities were central. James holds a BA (Hons) in Media with Cultural Studies from Solent University.
