Mike Elsea

Mike Elsea is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the building materials and construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President for the Southeast Region at Spahn & Rose Lumber Co. since April 2025, Elsea previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Faithway Alliance, LLC from October 2021 to February 2025, overseeing a national distribution network for agricultural and rural lifestyle equipment. Prior roles at Builders FirstSource included Regional Vice President, with accountability for a division generating over $800 million in revenue. Elsea has a rich history of leadership across various companies, including Jasper Lumber, Georgia-Pacific, Marvin's, and Moore-Handley, starting from an inside sales position and advancing through multiple management roles. Elsea holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Montevallo.
