Erica Dye

Erica Dye has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Erica is currently the Director of Accounting & Finance at Spalding County, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, Erica worked at Georgia Lottery Corporation from 2014 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Senior Accountant and Financial Analyst. At Master Craft Mechanical Inc., they served as an Office Manager from August 2015 to October 2019. From 2010 to 2014, Erica worked at Turtle Cove Property Owner's Association as an Accounts Manager/ Collections Specialist, and from 2007 to 2010, they were an Accounting Assistant/Tax Preparer at Boehm Accounting & Tax Solutions. Erica's earliest work experience as a Realtor was at McLeRoy Realty and Associates from 2004 to 2009. Overall, Erica has gained extensive experience in accounting, finance, office management, and real estate throughout their career.

Erica Dye began their education journey in 2008 at Griffin Technical College, where they completed an Associate's Degree in Accounting. Erica then went on to pursue higher education at DeVry University from 2010 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. Building upon their undergraduate degree, Erica furthered their studies at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2013 to 2015, achieving a Master's Degree in Accounting.
