Sheholline Oneal Bailey

Sheholline Oneal Bailey has extensive experience in administrative and clerical roles, currently serving as a Tag and Title Clerk III at Spalding County since June 2003, where responsibilities include managing mail, processing vehicle registrations, supervising new employees, and performing accounting tasks. Previously, from April 1994 to December 2002, Sheholline worked as a Production Control Clerk at Cooper Standard, focusing on production schedules, inventory management, and facilitating the flow of materials. Sheholline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Strayer University, completed in 2022, and has additional education in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Griffin Technical College.
