Brian Hiland

Brian Hiland is a Financial Data Analyst/Information Management Specialist at Spalding Consulting, Inc. since June 2018. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Research Analyst at the International Monetary Fund from April 2012 to March 2018. Brian also served as a Country Assistance and Technical Support Specialist at the IMF. With a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland and an Associate's Degree in Arts & Sciences from the College of Southern Maryland, Brian has a strong background in economic surveillance, data analysis, and administrative duties related to federal contracts.
