Joanne Starnes

Joanne Starnes is an experienced financial analyst with over a decade at Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. since November 2010. Prior to this role, Joanne served as an Assistant Christian Educator at Orchard Lake Community Church, Presbyterian from May 1997 to June 2012, and held the position of Lease Administration Coordinator at Capricorn Capital Group from September 1989 to April 1993. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Administration from Michigan State University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
