Survey Crew Chief at Spalding DeDecker

Thomas Greco has a diverse work experience in the field of surveying. Thomas started their career as a Field Artillery Surveyor in the U.S. Army from 1981 to 1983. Thomas then worked as an Instrument Man at George Jerome & Co. from 1985 to 1989, where they conducted optical tooling and industrial surveying. From 1989 to 1992, Thomas worked as a Mortgage Survey Crew Chief at Kem-tec. Thomas then joined baseline corporation in 1991 as a Survey Crew Chief, where they managed boundary and topographic survey jobs, including some hazardous waste site experience. Thomas also worked as a Survey Crew Chief at METCO Services, Inc. from 1992 to 2008. During their time there, they gained extensive experience and expertise in surveying. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Seismic Surveyor at Professional Engineering Associates. Following that, Thomas served as a Survey Technician/ Crew Chief at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Recently, they have been working as a Survey Crew Chief at Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc. since 2012, where they have worked on various projects such as the RED Wings arena and M1 Rail Project, as well as pipeline surveys in Texas and Canada.

Thomas Greco has a strong education background in the field of civil technology and land surveying. Thomas attended Macomb Community College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Civil Technology. Prior to this, they also attended Macomb Community College from 1984 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Land Surveying.

In addition to their formal education, Thomas Greco has obtained a certification as a Certified Survey Technician, Level III Construction from the National Society of Professional Surveyors in June 2005.
