Diane Madir

Diane Madir possesses extensive experience in client services and massage therapy, currently serving as a Client Services Assistant II at Ridgeview since April 2021, where responsibilities include patient registration, scheduling, and insurance inquiries. Concurrently, Diane has been a Certified Massage Therapist at Spalon Montage since October 2018 and has had a private practice, Madir Massage Therapy, since January 2015, utilizing various massage techniques. Diane's previous roles at Medica, ranging from Sr. Technical Trainer to Client Operations Product Specialist, highlight a strong background in training, operational support, and customer service. Diane holds a BA in Anthropology from St. Catherine University and a certification in massage therapy from the Cumberland Institute for Massage Therapy.
