Karolina Vrdoljak

Karolina Vrdoljak is a skilled data engineering professional currently serving as the Data Engineering Team Lead at Span since November 2025. Prior to this role, Karolina worked at Njuškalo from March 2023 to November 2025 as a Senior DWH Developer, where responsibilities included leading the design and development of an enterprise Data Warehouse, building scalable data models, automating ETL/ELT pipelines, and creating interactive dashboards.
