David Pratt

David Pratt has extensive work experience in business development and recruitment. David began their career as a Business Development Manager at SPAN Global Services in November 2014. Throughout their time at SPAN Global Services, their responsibilities included identifying new leads, initiating and maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting email and phone outreach to establish rapport and set up meetings.

In July 2014, David joined One Step Ahead HR Solutions as a Business Development Manager. In this role, they had dual responsibilities as a Business Developer and Recruiter. David excelled in identifying new leads, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Additionally, they played a key role in sourcing and screening candidates for job openings.

David's tenure at One Step Ahead HR Solutions lasted until August 2016, at which point they transitioned to another opportunity.
