Veerappan Arunachalam

Veerappan Arunachalam has a diverse work experience in business development and sales roles. Veerappan began their career at Span Outsourcing Pvt Ltd. as a Pre Sales Executive and then moved on to become a Business Development Support Executive. Veerappan worked with clients from USA, UK, Singapore, and other international accounts, finding prospects and identifying opportunities for online marketing strategies. Veerappan then served as a Senior Business Development Executive, focusing on helping international information technology firms with their marketing approach and channels.

Arunachalam later joined Brigade Business Intelligence Group as a Business Development Coordinator, where they handled a team, managed revenue through international projects, and worked on bigger propositions. Veerappan also worked as an Associate Business Development Manager, leading lead generation, business development, account management, and team building activities. Veerappan'srole involved providing innovative and interactive online marketing solutions to maximize the value of offline in-house databases.

Currently, Arunachalam is working at SPAN Global Services as a Senior Manager. In this role, they have set targets, performance plans, and rigorous standards for sales representatives. Veerappan meets with reps individually to review performance and progress, and conducts deep performance reviews once or twice a year.

Throughout their work experience, Arunachalam has demonstrated their expertise in sales, business development, team management, and strategic consulting.

Veerappan Arunachalam began their education at Venkatalakshmi Matriculation Higher Secondary School from 2003 to 2005. They then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (CA) degree with a focus on Commerce & Computer Application at Shri Nehru Maha Vidhyala Arts and Science college from 2005 to 2008. Veerappan furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing, Sales & HR from Shri Nehru Maha Vidhyala Institute of Management from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Veerappan obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. They completed a Leadership Training for Managers program at Dale Carnegie Training in March 2017. Moreover, Veerappan also became a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) through The Sales Coaching Institute in November 2016.
