Niki Mosier, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has been with Spangler Candy Company since December 2003, where they currently hold the position of Vice President-Human Capital. Prior to this, they worked at Lear Corporation as a Human Resources Specialist. Niki Mosier holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Defiance College.
