Balam Mounika is currently the Business Development Lead at SpanIdea Systems, a global leader in technology design and system engineering. Prior to this role, Mounika held positions at DigitalMatics Technologies Pvt Ltd and eData Technologies as a Senior Business Development Executive and Lead Generation Executive respectively. Mounika also has experience working as a Quality Engineer (Air Bags) at KYUNGSHIN INDUSTRIAL MOTHERSON LIMITED.
