Douglas Wiener

Douglas Wiener is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in property management, leasing, and real estate operations. Currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Real Estate & Facilities at Spanish Broadcasting System since September 2007, Douglas oversees leasing across seven markets and manages comprehensive budget forecasting. Previous roles include Managing Partner at W-Z Sunny Isles, LLC, where Douglas managed retail shopping center leasing and all associated legal matters, and Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE, supervising staff and preparing budgets. With early career experience as President of Diversified Construction & Consulting, Inc., Douglas has extensive expertise in commercial, industrial, and residential development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
