Carlos San Miguel is an experienced Event Coordinator with a robust background in on-site assistance and project management across various sectors. Since February 2014, Carlos has worked as a freelance Event Coordinator, while also serving as an On-Site Assistant for SHE Spanish Heritage DMC and American Express Global Business Travel Spain since November 2015 and January 2015, respectively. Responsibilities have included action plan verification, supplier management, service control, and material coordination for events. Carlos has contributed to projects for organizations such as Gilead Sciences and the European Hematology Association, and has also held positions with Fundación Casas Históricas and Gobernación de Antioquia, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in event logistics and coordination.
