Levi Desouza

Levi Desouza has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and customer service. Levi started their career as an Information Technology System Administrator at Prediq Media, where they focused on troubleshooting technical issues and enhancing website security. Levi then worked at Macy's as a Seasonal Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. After that, they joined Comcast as a Communication Technician, providing installation services and troubleshooting customer equipment. Currently, Levi is the Director of IT at Spanish River Church. Throughout their career, Levi has shown strong customer service skills and has achieved high satisfaction ratings.

Levi Desouza obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Palm Beach State College between 2007 and 2009. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Security Management from the same institution.
