Caroline Whitton

Caroline (Cricket) Whitton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline (Cricket) began their career as an Intern at the Yale Investments Office in 2007. Caroline (Cricket) then joined BlackRock as an Associate in the Portfolio Management Group in 2008. In 2011, Caroline joined Wayfair as the General Manager (GM) of the Decor business. Caroline (Cricket) later became the GM of AllModern.com, a subsidiary of Wayfair. In 2013, they joined Design Within Reach as the Head of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce. Caroline then transitioned to a self-employed role in 2014, serving as a Marketing and Digital Growth Advisor for various consumer brands, including The Tyra Banks Company and Girlboss. Most recently, they have been working at Spanx as the Chief Growth and Digital Officer, and is currently serving as the President and Chief Growth Officer.

Caroline (Cricket) Whitton has a BA in History from Yale University. Caroline (Cricket) also attended Deerfield Academy, but the degree and field of study are unknown.
