Emily Forbes has a strong background in talent acquisition and people management. Emily started their career as an Executive Recruiter at Karen Harvey Consulting, specializing in luxury, fashion, and retail industries. After that, they joined Ralph Lauren, where they held various roles, including Director of Talent Acquisition for Ralph Lauren & Club Monaco. There, they oversaw talent acquisition across multiple brands and recruited for executive positions. Currently, Emily is working at Spanx as a Senior Director, responsible for leading talent acquisition and strategy, supporting the brand's hyper-growth and digital-first environment. Emily also collaborates directly with the Founder and CEO of Spanx.

Emily Forbes received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Sociology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
