Dominique Belanger

Dominique Belanger has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Canada in 2010. Dominique then moved to Tommy Hilfiger as a Human Resources Generalist in the same year. In 2011, they took a role as a Learning and Development Specialist at Groupe Dynamite. In 2012, they became the Head of Retail Field Recruitment - Canada at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP. In 2013, they were a National Talent Acquisition Partner - HQ Toronto, Montreal at adidas. Dominique then moved to Michael Kors in 2014 as the Head of Talent Acquisition - HQ Canada. In 2015, they joined SSENSE and held various roles, including Manager, Talent Attraction - Engineering, Technology & Employer Branding, Manager, Talent Projects, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Team Lead - Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Director, Talent and Employer Branding at MaintainX.

Dominique Belanger completed courses at Harvard Business School Online in 2021. From 2007 to 2011, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Community, Policy Studies & Public Affairs with a Minor Professional Writing from Concordia University. In October 2022, Belanger obtained a Canada Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention for Supervisors certification from MaintainX. Additionally, they earned a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from SSENSE in 2017.
