Elona Hametaj

Elona Hametaj has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elona has held several managing director roles throughout their career. Elona was the Managing Director at SPAR Albania from 2016 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director at Almark/CARREFOUR Albania from 2015 to 2016.

Before their roles as a managing director, Elona worked at ACREM as the Managing Director, where they were responsible for managing shopping centers QTU and TEG, as well as the residential villas Rolling Hills from 2009 to 2015. Elona also served as the Mall Manager at ACREM from 2008 to 2009, overseeing the overall management and coordination of all center operations.

In 2005, Elona held the position of Manager of Food Department at Euromax, the first hypermarket in Albania. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Coordinator at the Albanian Coalition Against Corruption (ACAC). Additionally, Elona gained legal experience by working as a Lawyer at Legal Office "Fejzo & Rukaj" in 2004 and at Legal Office "Hakani & Association" from September to December 2004.

Elona Hametaj's education history begins in 1996 when they attended High School "Arben Broci" until 2000. After high school, they enrolled at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, where they pursued a degree in Law from 2000 to 2004. In 2007, Elona attended the British School in Tirana, studying Business Administration and Management, but no degree was specified. Continuing their education, they joined the Faculty of Economic in Tirana from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, specializing in General Marketing. Lastly, they attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana from 2013 to 2015, earning a degree in Business Law.
