Rosanna Garcia

Rosanna Garcia has over 14 years of experience in business operations and management, currently serving as the Business Operations Manager and Office Manager at Law Offices of Spar & Bernstein, P.C. since December 2009. In this role, Rosanna collaborates with the President and Finance Director to establish and track performance metrics, assists with HR functions, manages support staff, resolves customer service issues, and oversees office supplies and equipment. Prior to this, Rosanna held various positions, including Client Services Manager, Executive Assistant, and Billing/Accounts Receivable Representative at Mestel & Company. Rosanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, earned in 2008.
