Sneha Sonar currently serves as the Senior Manager Human Resources at Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd., handling HR operations and organizational development for SPARC Vadodara Sites. Prior to this, Sneha held senior HR roles at Gulbrandsen Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd. and NIMSPL, where Sneha provided strategic HR alignment and consulting services. With a background in Human Resource Management, Sneha started their career as an HR Officer at Aditya Birla Group, gaining experience in talent management and plant HR functions.
