Jillian Sergio

Jillian Sergio, CAWA, serves as the Community Initiatives Manager at SPARC, starting in January 2025. Previously, Jillian held the position of Executive Director at Companion Animal Alliance from April 2019 to November 2024, where leadership included strategic program development and partnership cultivation. Jillian also managed shelter operations as the Shelter Manager at Routt County Humane Society and led the Outreach Team at Companion Animal Alliance, focusing on adoption initiatives. Earlier roles include Investment Manager and Income Coordinator at Capital Area United Way - Baton Rouge, Mountainland VITA Regional Coordinator at United Way of Utah County, and Financial Wellness Coordinator at Community Action Services and Food Bank. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from The University of Southern Mississippi.
