Ben Scholtanus

Ben Scholtanus has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Ben began their career in 1989 at Philips Lighting, where they worked as an Engineer and Unit Leader Production for eight years. Ben then joined Philips DAP as a Production Line Manager from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they worked at Philips Lighting again as a Production Manager from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, Ben joined PPG Fiber Glass as a Production Manager DMCF for two years. Ben then moved to Neopost Technologies B.V., where they served as a Manager Operations Engineering for ten years from 2009 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Sparck Technologies as the Director of Operations, overseeing the development and deployment of automated packaging solutions.

Ben Scholtanus began their education in 1985 at NHL Hogeschool, where they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering, which they completed in 1989. Following this, they attended Academie voor Bedrijfskunde from 1992 to 1995, focusing on Business Administration. In 2000, Ben enrolled at TSM Business School for a Master of Business Management program, which they completed in 2001.
